Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
If you are successful and secure a position on the Modern Apprenticeship programme, your personal data will be sent to SQA for the purpose of entering you onto the SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7, certification and the maintenance of your record of attainment.

Skills Development Scotland (SDS)
If you are successful and secure a position on the Modern Apprenticeship programme, your personal data will be shared with SDS.
